What are the opinions on the cased Blood Order (3701) listed at auction - I thought that the starting price was quite low. Interesting provenance too....

The provenance is interesting and quite good as it was listed in Pia's book as being from Milner's collection. The medal that is. The case and ribbon are not shown in Pia's book. Is there included in the auction material that documents Ulric's purchase of the medal, case and ribbon. If I were to consider spending north of $6000, I would want evidence that "original case of issue" does in fact mean that the item came from the Milner collection with the medal and ribbon included in the case.
