NSDAP Collar Insignia - Expert needed.

Greetings all. I have a pair of NSDAP collar insignia, I think, and would like some input from some of you good folks. This is completely out of my area. Both pieces are RZM double ringed with a slash through the "Z" and are both marked M1/72. The eagle has three prongs and the oak leaves have two. There is also a Roman letter "R" underneath the RZM.

I would be grateful what the rank represents here if I am correct concerning the branch of service, and a market value should you validate my thoughts that these are authentic.

The two oak leaves and eagle you show would have been worn by a Bereichsleiter. This rank was first used at the Kreis level and then in the Gau and Reichs levels of the Political Leaders of the NSDAP. Separated as they are from the actual collar tabs, I don't think they are worth more than $50 tops.
