What kind of plaque is this?

It measures about 8 inches across. Non magnetic. It is nailed to the wooden board. Real or fake?

Hello,
I believe this is a plaque for the NSRL, the National Socialist league of the Reich for Physical Exercise. Probably just a generic plaque & I'd say it's real. It looks like a logo on the bottom of the plaque. Are you able to read the letters?

Thanks for the input everyone. Yes it is marked "HB". Correction, it is 5" in diameter.

I do not collect political items so this will find its way to the estand if I can find a fair value.

I have a similar eagle without the round backing that would also have been attached to a wooden plaque via a single screw post on rear. It is also marked with "HB" within a circle.
