I'm not familiar with the typeface that this card is printed in, but what immediately leaps to my attention is the spelling of Reichschancellor, here seen as "Reichskanxler." The German for that word is "Reichskanzler," but being unfamiliar with the typeface that this is printed in, I suppose the lower case "z" could resemble the lower case "x"...???

IMO it is a 'z'. This is hard to say without handling it. Can you tell if it was made with an engraved plate or is the printing flat? If an engraved plate, I tend to think it may be original.

Quite apart from any typeface, quality and printing queries about this piece, do we honestly think AH would have even needed a calling card at this point?

I don't know if it's original or not, but I've seen cards to lower grade military officers that look a hundred times better then this one. Jim
