Political eagle for review - crud?

Here is an iron political eagle I got in an auction lot some time ago. I am pretty sure it's repro crud but I would be grateful for opinions just to confirm.

That is a casting that was made from an original. The quality of the copy is very low, as the originals are very sharply detailed and have fittings on the reverse for a stand.

I agree with Erich, a crude cast and not good.
