NSKK Officer's shoulder boards. x'2

Just bought these in a lot of items yesterday.

My research has gone towards NSKK High Command.

One still has the blue RZM tag to the reverse.

The other has two pips added to the boards. This I can not explain, since NSKK did not have pips on the boards, only authorized for the metal oak leave devices.

Should I remove the pips?

Yes I remember these from that huge hoard with lots of W-SS insignia.
I immediately recognized these as NSKK boards. I don't understand the pips either and they don't match the condition of the board either...
Nice ones and of course singles are fine
