HJ Sports Shirt

I have no experience with this sort of thing, and don't know anything about whether the type of shirt is correct, the sewing, patch, etc are correct.

I did the burn test for fibers from the shirt and from the red stripe, and both burned instantly (cotton, I assume).

Is this shirt legit? Thanks,

Looks fine to me. I've seen it referenced as a 2nd pattern HJ sport shirt or singlet.

Thanks guys. Is there reference material for this sort of thing? I would think the stitching - obviously done by hand - would be really important.

Interesting. So the band is two armbands sewn onto the shirt.

Nice! I like the printed band. Maybe they had more armbands than they knew what to do with, so started making the Type 3.
