    Marine-SA cap?

    Gentelmen, could you please help me with this cap, I´m really not sure if it is original, parts-original....????

                Don't have the regulations with me, but in the configuration is incorrect with the small eagle in top?

                  Hat is a postwar BRD marine hat w/ added insignia.
                  SA cockade looks good.

                    By the time the SA cockade was instituted, it was worn with the larger eagle. I agree re the cap--there are several features that are not within the construction guidelines of the Marine SA cap. Additionally, the stamped numbers under the sweatband are found only on postwar cap sweatbands.
