Late, but maybe not too late - here is a picture.

In the meantime i am convinced, that it is of SA origin.

          No SA origin at all.

That info came from a Hamburg dealer.
What else can it be - NSKK, NSFK ??

No, they did not use either a green cuff band. Would not know for what organization.
Can't remember it ever having see mentioned in any uniform regulation for whatever organization.
Customs had green, but another color and form.

The Hamburg dealer just made a guess. No more then that!

I think the weave of the band is what is called the jumble weave pattern. If I am correct, it is of post war origin.

It might be from a reproduction of the "Ostturkisher Waffen - Verband der SS" cuff title, which is the only green SS cuff title. But that cuff title was only made in the BeVo style. If I am correct, it would either be an unfinished blank band or cut from the area between 2 bands where there is no lettering. I remember seeing reproductions of tis cuff title, but I thought they were machine embroidered on green wool

Anyway, you might get some information in the SS forum.

It could be a Customs-related ct ... or maybe DDR ? As said the only green SS ct was 'Ostturkisher Waffen-Verband der SS' which was machine-woven, unlike the subject piece which is machine embroidered.

                    Hope this helps, Ian.

Considered DDR at first glance; but looks like most of those were just that white-thread - couldn't find any w/ that silver 3r thread type.

                      Best,
