Picked up this small 18mm x 13mm, early enamel DAF stick-pin. Looked through Hüskens catalogue its not featured, although the clasping hands motif is present on early stick-pin forms. The initials D.W.V. or D.V.W. makes me think, it may have been used by a area - i.e. Württemberg or Wartheland. Just a guess, any member have a idea ?

D.W.V. could mean "Deutscher Werkmeister Verband"

Thanks Gerdan, for the post and links. You seem to have nailed it. Looking at the badge designs, they are so similar, it can only be - Deutscher Werkmeister Verband. Now, that I know what it is, I've revisited Hüsken's catalogue, the stick-pin is there, belongs to a whole class, for what its worth valued at €180. Help much appreciated, thanks very much.Last edited by soldon; 04-26-2016, 03:33 PM.
