What HJ Bann belonged to Elsterwerda ? The city is near Torgau, Torgau was Bann 72.
Triangle Elsterwerda to Mitte Mittelland ?

Hi,

From 1937 Elsterwerda came within the boundary of the newly created Bann 395 Liebenwerda. Prior to that it is shown as being within the boundary of Bann 72 Torgau. The triangle for both Banne was Mitte/Mittelland.
