New find. They made in Meissen. Beautiful eagle.

Indeed it IS a beautiful eagle and a striking plaque! When I initially looked at the eagle, my first thought was that it represented a personal monogram for Rudolf Hess -- R and H -- akin to Hitler's AH monogram on silverware! Translating the inscription, it's clear that this is from the National Association of Dog Trainers!

Still, a beautiful plaque in excellent condition!
