RAD faithful service medal for review

I have my doubts about this one, had a westwall ribbon attached to it instead of the expected blue one, details seem soft as well. What do you guys think? good or one for the trash bin?
Any aid is greatly appreciated,

Medal itself either heavily cleaned or is a fake IMO, ring is definitely not original. Not a good one IMHO. Nothing like any original I've handled.
