Need Some Help With This Sleeve Eagle

I just cannot remember what organization used this eagle, and I cannot find it in the references books in which I've looked.

Any help would be much appreciated!

If it's original, it's a very very very rare item. I had never seen this eagle as a patch made of a material (only metal eagles on a cap).

There are only two options - either it's an eagle from Karpatendeutsche from Slovakia or Einsatzstaffel der Deutsche Mannschaft in Croatia.

In my opinion, it's rather Croatian eagle .. but I really do not know. Brown Colour??

You look at these two threads:

I've had these for many years.

I cannot comment on originality. I just don't know

                    Opinions, please.

Well I guess no news is good news.

I really expected postings of opinions that these birds were either reproductions, or a product of the 4th Reich.

Then I will have to assume these are originals to one of the Baltic allies of Germany.

If the shown eagles are original I cannot say (it is known machinewoven fakes exist, made on orders from Dutch and/or English dealers), but this type of eagle was used by members from the "Deutsche Volksgruppe im USK" (USK = unabhängiger Staat Kroatien) and as such shown with the "vorläufige Dienstanzugsordnung" (for leaders of a department or leaders of the various groups), as image 22, and was a "product" under the law of the LZM (Landeszeugmeisterei) at Essegg.
