Bévo insignia but ?????

I recently found this item with a mix of german bévo insignias, but what is it ?

See "Foreign Legions of the Third Reich, Volume 3: Albania, Czechoslovakia, Greece, Hungary and Yugoslavia" by David Littlejohn. On page 19 he shows a belt buckle with that insignia. He says it is attributed to the Freikorps Sudetenland, but never issued. A box of the buckles was found (dug up) in Czechoslovakia in 1979.
