A friend of mine snagged this one is a box with a bunch of books at an estate sale, its very detailed and well made, no sign of sand cast. Looks original to me, but what is this thing? Heavy and solid, seems too nice for a donation "freebie"

These were given to people who donated horses to the training program. They may have been given also for other large donations, but the only documentation I've seen was for horse donations.
