Reichs Association of former prisoners of War never heard of it before, just read that in the middle 1920's the group got more nationalist , i pressume that this badge would have been produced after 1933 with the RZM mark to the back
P.S. Just read some more, appears that the POW group was obsorved into the NSKOV in 1936 during a power struggle to make all veteran groups fall under the mantle of the NSDAP.
