Stunning wooden life rune pricket

Hello. A German friend of mine recently aquired this fabulous wartime pricket and would like to get some opinions on it.
It was made of German oak and represents the Algiz / Elhaz rune which was interpreted by the Nazis as the life rune.
This is a typical handcrafted, home made pricket which wasn't purchasable at the time.
I hope you like it as much as he does.
