Picked these up locally from someone who inherited a bunch of old things. These were the only WWII items. I'm on the fence about the cufftitle and buckle. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Sorry for taking so long post pictures of the backside. It does not appear to have the saw-tooth cutting marks on it.
