I hesitated to respond to this inquiry initially because of my lack of familiarity with the construction of brassards of the Kaempfzeit, and this piece purports to represent an official on the Reichs Level. I hope others can respond with some detail and data.

Stripes aren't silver as regulation says, and wool isn't period. Most of these would most likely be cotton IMO.
