Absolutely ! Do a search of "NSDAP medal bar" or "NSDAP ribbon bar" and you'll find many nice examples and some pictures of these in wear. Here is one of my favorites, from Pg. Karl Richter, NSDAP membership #18625, Alter Kämpfer and GPB holder of Gau Süd-Hannover-Braunschweig.
