    Wartime SA, for an enlisted member of a foot unit. This was off a wool tunic based on the pebbled button.

      Shoulderboard

      In addition to the above information, this style shoulderboard was worn from 1938 thru 1945. However, the use of a gold-colored button was discontinued in 1940/1941, after which all SA except for Marine SA then wore silver. Prior to that SA enlisted wore either silver or gold, depending on which unit it was.
      So this information helps pinpoint the exact era it was worn (1938-1940/41)..................assuming the button is original to the shoulderboard.

        Thanks for the infos. I will put it on the estand, because it dont fit in my collection.
