Help with unknown collar-tabs

I've this pair of collar-tabs, they are unknown to me.
Maybe SA>?

Tabs

SA Gruppes Sudenten and Weichsel wore blueish-grey tabs and SA General Government Poland wore light-grey tabs. I'm not that keen on these tabs, though the wool looks like it could be period. Those tabs with the prongs on the sides were not generally used on SA tabs, and the piping looks odd, as does the backing material. I would like some other feedback on the SA's use of this style pip.

Thanks. The pips are definitely on these tabs for a long time, looking at the oxidation process of the zinc prongs. They are very fragile. The backing material looks to be some sort of carton material.

I find it odd that there are two distinct colors throughout each tab.
