DLV collar tabs, maybe, or what are they?

    DLV collar tabs, maybe, or what are they?

    These are crispy, but seller didn't know what they were, I thought DLV. The center "star" is metal. Any help on ID appreciated, or ideas.

      DLV did not have such "Rosettes" upon the collar-patches. Not mentioned in a regulation.

        Thanks, I couldn't find them in DLV with a lot of reference books. But neither could I find them anywhere, close but none with the metal rosette. Any ideas?
