Are these Customs tabs or post war? If post war what are they for?

Hi,

TR period Customs collar tabs are usually horizontal, these are vertical; so not TR period in my opinion.
Do not know what they are, sorry I could not help you.

Believe these are West German Zolloberinspektor collar tabs.

Below is a a tab for what I believe to be a Zollhauptsekretar.

Hopefully one of our more knowledgeable members will ad more information.
