Estate Sale Find: Party Leader Visor

Party Leader Visor found locally. I believe its a county level party leader. I'm not sure what the term is. Definitely has some condition issues, but everything seems right to me. I believe I will just sell it as-is rather than try to find the appropriate accoutrements.

Kreis level and unfortunately it's in very rough condition and without its insignia. That said, i'm sure that a cloth collector can advise on its authenticity.

It's 100% original. It looks like someone had installed an enlisted Luftwaffe winged wreath, judging by the impression in the velvet, but the large political wreath will cover much of that.
