You did not stump me (what about the others I don't know). I simply had no time to answer and I was not in the mood to answer.
This type of jacket, a sort of windbreaker, was worn also by the early female labor service (Deutscher Frauenarbeitsdienst) and
by this girl worn when serving for the Landdienst der HJ. Within the labor service it was named Klubjacke/Windjacke.
Maybe it was named as such also for the BDM
