Here's are two reference sites with an overview about all makers and their logos.

The first website contains additionally a lot of other information regarding SA daggers, but unfortunately it's all in German language only.

            http://dienstdolch.de/index.php/hersteller-logos

The second website is from the German Daggers Forum:

            http://www.germandaggers.com/Gallery/Makers.php
