Judging from the early party books I've got, Röhm seems to have approved and signed promotions for all SA Leaders.
Very nice, Kyle! And quite difficult to find.

Apparently his resignation from the SA, Group SW, was approved in 1932 per the von Jagow entry at the bottom of the page.
