Golden Party Badge Number 10047 wrong owner

Hello members of this great forum. I recently make a translation about the research of this Golden Party Badge Number 10047 but an appreciated friend told me, because he understand german that the research I had is not correct.
We both like to know the real name and information about the correct owner of this badge. It was though the member of it was Anton Heigl.

the number 1145 is not Heigl´s party member number but his Blood Order number. So his party number and the Research may be correct but I don´t have his number.

Thank you Max for your contribution I'd like to explain what we supposed reading the Anton Heigl Research. I attached a document where it's the party number badge 10047. The document is Heigl signing his oath to the NSDAP on 5 November 1933 and being attested to by two people that have known him for years and due to that are confident that he knows the principles of National Socialism and the obligations that go with being a Party member. One of that man being attested is the ¨10047¨

I read A. Feistl and that should be Andreas Feistl, Blood Order #1144 and in the list of BO´s standing before Heigl. They both were members of the 9. Kompanie (see your first pic).

I´m sure that the 10047 is Feistl´s party number.

Good eye Max we tried to guess the name but It wasn't possible. I think you're right, It make sense. If it'd be the man, Andreas Feistl, do you know any info about him?

A note for further information: Anton Heigl held NSDAP Membership Number 132; he was a GPB Träger and also held Blood Order Number 1145.
