I don't know if this is the right thread to post these, but I thought some of the cultural collectors might be interested in seeing this.
These are two bronze statues I just acquired, that were taken from the Fuhrerbau in May 1945 by a member of the 179th Infantry Regiment, 45th Division. I will be keeping one and selling the other. The vet also took a number of other pieces from a wall safe in Hitler's office and a walk-in vault in another part of the building. This particular vet also took a bunch of other pieces, including a large gold party badge with serial no.9, a leather desk folder, Hitler silverware, napkins and all kinds of other goodies.Attached Files
