That is a very rare plate of the Germanischer Landdienst - great find!

Meanwhile I add a teaser pic of the SS Jul chest, Typ II.

          Exactly!

Not only is this the identical SS Jul chest as pictured within the SS Family book but to put the cream on the cake here it comes:

The identical DHW tapestry pattern as well!

No mystery there as I was only enquiring about Thorsten's chest before he posted the image himself.

By request, an image from red cover DHW catalog . I do't believe it was ever posted on WAF or anywhere else. Enjoy

Praktizierter Glaube - die kultischen Objekte der SS im Detail:

Yeah - it´s kind of a red giant and surely needs space, lol!

Yours is a very fine specialty as well and probably the only survivor of that DHW pattern - Kudos to you for finding such a fascinating piece!

Here is another shot of mine at close range.

                        oh boy...

For anyone, the moderators of this section in particular, who have no clue what this mess is about, please start reading this topic, BACKWARDS, from the last post to the first. it explains what Thorsten/Quickie is trying to do now in this forumsection for the countlesst time again. This is one of the biggest swindles in the history of the WAF and why he is still allowed to do so is unbelievable.

                        http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...38494&page=216

Thorsten, you have been asked countless times to PROOF why the chest(s) you keep showing again ...and again ...and again ... and et cetera should be SS as their design is so much longer around as "just" the third reich period. Those exact chests have been made since AT LEAST 150 years before WWII and those much older ones have been published in such periodicals as the Hammer magazine to show an ancient cultural German history, they are totally NOT SS or even WWII cultural items. The are simply random stuff. Of course you know this very well, but money is money and the E-stand has enough unaware members that pay and pay and pay...until they learn what you are and it's too late again. The mods in the SS section have closed after they learned what you did the past years ALL your topics with the very same nonsense you are trying to pull here again, it is no more than simple respect to the people you frauded that this should be linked here again too, to show the mods here what you're trying to do again.

@ Jeff and the other mods: you are MODERATORS on an internetforum, please tell me you are at least aware of IP-adres masking programs such as TOR?

Please read the topic linked to above here, i can show you links to a dozen more closed ones on WAF, it's always the same mess.

Tut tut tut... before anyone thinks this is actually true, it would be very wise to read first the closed cultural thread i linked to a page back. One can start at the very end where the WAF moderators closed the topic after Thorsten (of course!) COULD NOT PROOF that the chests are period, nor that they are in Weitzel or in whatever publication actually called SS chests.

For newcomers who are unaware of this matter: These chests have been made (often after the very same pattern) for at least 200 years, please see the picture i show of a similar chest on the previous page. That picturee comes from an actual SS made magazine called Hammer, in which its specifically mentioned to be from 1800. There is absolutey no proof that the one/ones Thorsten shows now again for the hundreth time on WAF are actually from the period. Dont be fooled by the obscure pictures or booklets Thorsten mentions, in those very same booklets is only mentioned that old FAMILY furniture should be treasured for future generations. Said items are in no way specifically made NS/SS items, many of the old magazines themselves mention that said items are from long before the third reich era. Anyone who can read German and wants to check this for themselves i can e.g sent a digital copy of the Weitzel booklet Thorsten thinks no one else has and thus constantly brings up as phantasy source to legitimize his junk.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! Everyone please do your homework and check the closed wrought iron, wood, tapestries or cultural topics. There are dozens of topics with the very same stuff as he shows with two accounts in this new topic, all closed. It's not hard to do your homework, even if you're a newcommer who is new to cultural collecting. Thorsten has been banned from the SS forumsections and now tries the same shenenigans here in the political sections in an new attempt to falsify cultural collecting and unloading his endless regular german fleamarket finds or in his own woodshop made fake crap. How many countless times have we caught him doing this? Why is he still allowed to do so on WAF?

Thorsten/Quickie, whatever you call yourselves these days (for sure you have more WAF accounts than just these two): As asked for at least a few hundred times: please proof why YOUR shown chest is not just a german item from whatever period, but is what you call a real NS/SS item (eg. here SS Jul chest Typ II ) as the same sources you so happily keep quoting from mention that those chests are NOT AT ALL NS or SS items? There are no types, there are only countless of these similar chests made over a period of at least 200 years. All stuff you present as real is just random German furniture.

                              BUYERS and COLLECTORS BEWARE!

BTW, those ceramic pieces on top of the truhe are manufactured by the same maker as the 2 ceramic farmer plates I showed earlier. You can see more stuff by that maker in the Deutsches Heimatwerk aus allen deutschen Gauen, which I believe you own.
