    SA/ SS cap eagles?

    Hi Guys

    Would anyone be able to tell me the organisation that these 2 little guys belong to please?? They appear to be 1st pattern SA or SS cap eagles on black cloth but I have only ever seen these in metal previously.

    Any help appreciated
