What is this Hat Wreath & Cockade?

I've seen this swaz cockade before but can't remember what organization wore it. Is it army?

Yes it is (a mismatch). Army 2nd pattern wreath with a NSDAP (political leaders) 1st pattern cockade. If memory serves me right, the first pattern NSDAP cockade was worn by itself (no wreath) with the M34 & later party eagles. The only NSDAP type wreath was introduced in 1939 and worn with a similar but enamelled swastika cockade

And here is an army set with the same wreath and the proper cockade. IMO you still did OK (depending on the price of course). Army cockades are fairly common and easy enough to find should you want to replace this one but the early NSDAP type are not so common
