    Stamper, hot wax seal perhaps??? Opinions please

    Don't know if this is the right place but could you guy's give me an idea as to what prganization this is? What this is used for and possibly a value if you don't mind and can read backwards! Well made of steel and wood handle. Thanks

        Thanks for the help. I would guess it's a wax seal item due to the inscription and eagle being engraved in the steel?
