private purchase Hitler Youth leader's armband?

Obviously his one is a little fancy. Is this a fantasy design or perhaps authentic and a private purchase piece for a dress tunic?

The regular HJ-armband was worn by all. In regulations this type is not mentioned at all. Not for HJ leader's for sure!
