    Grouping of NSDAP Abschnittsleiter - help with insignia please

    Hello everyone,

    The family of a former NSDAP Abschnittsleiter decided to consign with us. Several boxes with over 45kg (!) of material arrived last week. We are not too familiar with his collar tabs. The portrait is not very clear, but can anyone help maybe?

    Looks like a Gau official with the armband showing his rank as Hauptstellenleiter with the collar tabs indicating a pay grade of Abschnittsleiter.

                  Exactly the Gau armband I have been after, but zero luck finding one. What a shame there was not one with the grouping.

                  Oh well. I'll keep searching

                    Have you visited Tom Wittmann's website lately? There are a few brassards of this design, both Gau and Reich-level, on Tom's site.
