I'm not an insignia expert, I presume this is an eagle for a political cap. I just wanted to review it and make sure it's good before I list it on estand

This is a state eagle and nog political. The stand for the head says so.
This version was for example worn by the German postal service and state forestry!
As far as I can see it lacks the RZM code-number (state eagles should have one).
