I need your knowledge and opinions. I just recieved this SA cufftitle. What do you guys think. And who wore these?

This cufftitle translates to "SA High Command" in English and that pretty much sums up who the wearers of this piece were intended to be: the leadership of the national organization of the SA.

Sorry that cloth has never been one of the fields of close study for me, so I cannot comment on the originality of this piece...but if genuine, it is certainly a rare item!
