I own this superb ink stamp. What about you. Is the eagle specific NSDAP? Its head is turned on the left.

The left-facing eagle was a peculiarity of the M-1936 PL design, and the short wings -- as compared with the M-1939 standard -- were also unique to the '36 design.

This piece appears to me to be a designer creation; without a surround and caption that identifies an office or department, the only use for such a stamp would be decorative.
