SA Gold Sportsabzeichen - 2nd Issue

Does anyone have a picture of an original (or an actual original) SA Gold Sportsabzeichen, 2nd Issue (....Hauptstelle)? In my searches for an example for my collection I have been told, by more than one individual, that they were no Gold 2nds ever issued.

Would appreciate any assistance with this.
