Aluminum Cap Eagle for Review

Any opinions on this woukd be appreciated. Pebbling within the wreath looks odd. Front of eagle is very crisp. Missing the prongs, obviously. RZM marked M1/17 which I know is an oft faked mark. Thanks in advance for any opinions.
