Ns-rkb navy breast eagle (one of a kind)

NS-RKB breast eagle, dark blue background with gold embroidered eagle and black cross with silver around cross and anchor below. Back is black wool with one moth hole and has a brass plate with a pin, missing two stiches to brass plate. Size is 4 1/8 by 2 1/4 inches, How rare is it and a value? Thanks Joe

The metal version is common enough but I have only seen a few of the cloth type like yours so far. If memory serves me right RonR posted one in the KM breast eagle thread (pinned) a while back and Weitze also had one for sale a few years ago for 150 euros

I have both early metal versions of Army/Navy types but always wondered if they also made a cloth version for the Army version as well
