Totenkopf Tea Spoon

This was thrown in with a group of daggers that I purchased, I'm assuming that it's a post war piece, but I know nothing about spoons.

I could use a little help to confirm what this is.

I've never seen one of these before-whatever it is, it's a very well made and attractive (if a TK can be called that) piece.
