Coburg Badge, Need Help

I have a big Coburg badge here. To me it looks very original. What is your opinion about the piece?
Verso stamped with RS or R 5, I can not interpret them correctly.

If you look close it appears they both have the same die flaws or are the same badge.

Looking at the etched in finger print under the marking in the center and the burn pattern around the catch, they are one and the same badge.
Not a very good copy, either, especially for the price.
