      Ordensburgen

As I understand, Ordensburgen personnel, including candidates, wore yellow-gold collar piping. There are only a few known ranks. Leader candidates wore no collar tabs, and the ranks above that wore collar tabs with gold-yellow tab piping.
Ordensburgen personnel (including candidates) wore unique shoulderboards (2) with gold-yellow underlay on the tunic also.
Aside from that, I'm not sure the Ortsgruppe armband matches the Ortsgruppe collar tabs in rank, but we'll wait for others to weigh in.

There may be a reason for these discrepancies, such as the cufftitle being retained even after leaving the school, and now being worn on a standard PL tunic.

I presume that the PL cap in your pix is part of the set, and since that cap represents the Ortsgruppe level of the 1939 PL Uniform Revision created by Dr. Ley, I also presume that the tunic is from the same period. That being said, the collar tabs do not agree with the 1939 chart of ranks; instead they relate to the rank of Zellenwart according to the 1934 chart and to the rank of Hauptstellenleiter according to the 1936 chart. The 1939 chart does not include this tab design. The armband is also from the 1939 uniform code revision and indicates the position of Orts Betriebsblockobmann.

Hat looks good even from only these exterior pics.

It is common to see a mix of Form 3 and Form 4 insignia during the war.

Looks like he was a combat vet, given the EK ribbon and the number of medal loops--very possible he had a position as some sort of instructor at an Ordensburg.

Lets see what the tunic collectors say.

Here is an example of the Ordensburgen cuff-title worn with what appears to be non-Reichs level insignia--in this case, Gauleitung:

The tunic has the wrong armband and tab combination, as Br James pointed out. The cuff title does not go with Orts level either.

When reading official uniform-regulations for political leaders as from 1939 it is obvious it was allowed for the time being to wear old ranking insignia until the new rank was granted (Auftragen der bisherigen Rangabzeichen, even the silver version). The cap had to be adapted to the new standard, being the oak leaf wreath. The transitional period was in 1939 regulations mentioned to be December 31, 1941. Buttons had to be replaced officially and the pipings also had to be adapted.
Photographs do show the wearing of old insignia even later then mid-war. It is possible the person was a political leader within a concern (Politischer Leiter im Betrieb) and for this reason may have used the darker Ordensburg cufftitle, due to Ordensburg assignment. This last is a guess.

                    Hello.

I have limited knowledge but as you don't have an answer I'll start the ball rolling, here are some dealer prices for the items.

                    Cap £400
                    Tunic £700
                    Bandolier £400?
                    Shirt £600
                    Medals £150
                    Boots £250
                    Trousers £250
                    Total £2,750

Offer 50%. Fair to the seller and probably what a dealer would pay.

More knowledgable people will know how much to amend the price of the jacket due to the cuff band.

                    Regards,
                    Chris.

                        Yes, missed the gorget. doh!

The tie is also worth around £60 and the belt around £150.

How much for the arm band? £200?

If you get the Gorget and chain for $500, you'll be doing very well.
