NSDAP Membership Book - who is he?

I would sincerely appreciate any information on the individual (a physician) to whom this NSDAP membership book was issued. My limited research is as follows:

This book was issued to a physician (Arzt) who appears to have the last name "Staupedahl" and was issued on 8 Okt. 1938. The dues stamps were not collected during the doctor's service and this notation appears in the book "Zur Wehrmacht eingezogen vom 26.8.39 bis 20.10.42". There is a "Wilhelm Staupedahl" listed as an SS-Untersturmfuhrer with SS number 192 683 who was promoted on April 20, 1939, and a "Staupedahl" listed as "Fuhrer des SS-Totenkopfssturmbanns Mittelbau", but I don't know if either are related to the person pictured in this membership book.

Any information would be appreciated.

Hi John,

Sütterlin schrift drives me crazy! You've done a better job translating this book than I can! There is one clue here, that being this person's birthdate: April 25, 1901, in Dortmund. If you've found listings of people with the same last name in the SS-DALs then you should also look for a matching birthdate.

I believe that while doing military service, a party member did not have to pay his monthly dues. While it's possible, I think if this man was an SS leader, there would likely be some indication of that in the note section. Staupendahl is not so uncommon of a name in Germany.
