    Coburg mini stickpin ?

Hi gents, are the mini stickpins of the Coburg badge accepted by the collective
    community ? I have seen a 14mm and a 16mm for sale.

Erich, do we have period photos of these mini stickpins in wear?

I assume these where only worn on civil clothing, they are very small so not easy to spot or even hard to determine if it´s a coburg or another mini stickpin on period pics that often isn´t high resolution ones. Could be one of the reasons we never seen one, and there was not many of them that could been caught on camera either.
          Just my thought !

If they had one, I assume they were high ranked individuals in the party and
probably for the most photograped in their uniforms as they probably worn these
on a daily basis, that´s Another reason I think.

Agree--also, other than those of the best known individuals, it's not easy to find the standard Coburg badge in wear in photos.

Reason being is there were very few party members who qualified to wear the CB.

There was a old, small sized, German monograph published on stickpins. Some photos of the pieces I think were from actual period dealer[?] advertisements.
I had one years ago and remember seeing Coburg stickpins in it. Maybe someone here has it in their library and can post a photo of the pin...

Not a period photo but at least a Coburg pin

Thanks Erich, I am really pleased with it, the pics dont do it justice when it comes to detail & quality as it does in hand.
