    2015 Collecting goals

We can pretty much count on end of the year threads to showcase prized acquisitions from the prior 12 months, and we who frequent the political section grab some pretty impressive pieces.

How about starting the year off with a thread listing our individual collecting goals, itemizing items we hope we are able to add to our collections this year?

Perhaps by knowing what we all need, we can also keep our eyes open as we make the rounds to different dealers and auctions and point each other in the right direction!

so share with the guys here what you are hoping to finally add to your marvelous collections! Cheers!

I hope to save money for a Reichssieger and when I have the money find one. Also a minty 24 mm Jos Fuess GPB and my first SS-skull.

Yes, a Mahnmal desk piece would be a goal. I will be at the SOS this year so if any one has one for sale I will be there to take it off your hands. I'll be setup with Bob Hritz so stop on by and we will deal.

My goal, resist the urge to fly to the SOS, unload every item in my possesion, take the cash, buy a cafe racer and tour the American Continent.

There's something Gold, Red and White missing from this picture .... sadly it may take a lottery win to fill the void

I live vicariously thru you guys!

I am not sure what I want. I tend to know it when I see it.

Like Tx, I'll know it when I see it. That said, I'm now at the point in my collecting that I am lucky enough to have most of the major pieces that I have always wanted in my collection. I'm now concentrating more on the history of these items but when I see my next must have piece I will snap it up!
