I mainly collect WWII US militaria, so this piece is out of my field of knowledge. I was hoping that someone could tell me more about this ladies ring. Is this a reproduction or authentic piece? Is it for a political party? Please forgive me if I have posted this in the wrong section, I wasn't sure where to post it. Any help is appreciated.

there was a series of rings made for the visits between the 2 countries [Germany,Italy]. There were men's and women's versions. They were not the highest of quality,,something sold in the streets during the parades like the hankies, pins, bracelets etc. Kitch!
This is one of the emblems from the rings.. SO,,this is either a unseen womans pattern,,or, someone took off the emblem and affixed it to a ring.. -
